Kings Way Golf and Active Living Community is comprised of three condominium associations and a "common areas" trust:

Kings Way Condominium Trust oversees 456 Town Homes, Carriage Homes, and Fairway Homes.

Heatherwood Trust serves the independent living senior population, 191 units; dining, homemaking and other services are available.

Admiralty Heights Association serves the original 19 units built in Kings Way.

Kings Way Trust is comprised of representatives from each of the 3 associations. This trust oversees the amenities and the common areas shared by all three associations, including open space areas, common buildings such as the clubhouse, restaurant, meeting house, post office and social center. 

Barkan Management  ON-SITE STAFF work in cooperation with the trusts and oversee the day to day tasks.
